Artificial Sweeteners - Aspartame: poison at home
Artificial sweeteners, and especially Aspartame, are TOXIC and DANGEROUS. Here's why.

Artificial sweeteners, and especially Aspartame, are TOXIC and DANGEROUS.
Many people think they are making a healthy choice when they choose artificial sweeteners instead of sugar. The truth is: as bad as sugar is, artificial sweeteners — especially Aspartame — are SO MUCH WORSE.
Studies show that people gain weight over the long run on artificial sweeteners. We end up with overfed but malnourished people because the body doesn't recognize these chemical substances and craves real nutrients, constantly asking for more food.
But on top of that, artificial sweeteners are NEUROTOXINS because they attack and damage the brain and nervous system.
Research shows devastating effects: seizures, migraines, insomnia, heart palpitations, depression, vision or hearing problems. Aspartame worsens illnesses like brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases.
What Is Aspartame?
Aspartame is a chemical composed of:
50% Phenylalanine: When the brain accumulates too much of this substance, it disturbs hormonal balance, especially serotonin. The brain cannot maintain good serotonin levels, leading to emotional distress like depression or schizophrenia. This environment is also an open door for seizures.
40% Aspartic Acid: This substance causes serious neurological problems. Aspartate and glutamate are referred to as "Excitotoxins" because they kill certain neurons. Infants, children, pregnant women, elderly and weak people are particularly at risk.
10% Methanol: Methanol is a deadly poison — the same poison that blinded or killed some "skid row" alcoholics. When Aspartame is heated above 30°C, you get free methanol that is absorbed even faster into the body.
Safe consumption should be limited to 7.8mg/day. How much is in 1L of diet soda? 56mg.
Animals are less sensitive to methanol than humans, so animal tests don't reflect real effects on human bodies. Methanol exists naturally in fruits and vegetables but is bound with a fiber called pectin, which passes through the digestive tract without being absorbed. Mother Nature knows better.
Bottom Line
Keep it simple and go back to Mother Nature. If you crave sweets, choose raw unfiltered organic Manuka honey — a delicious immune system booster. Vary the fruits you eat. Remember that when you crave sweets, it is often just because you haven't eaten enough proteins and fats at your last meal.
Listen to your body and nourish it with organic clean wholefoods. Once you feel the difference, you'll never want to go back.
