Working on your back and on your Upper Body is as important as working on your Lower body... I am saying that to women more particularly, as they are often afraid of getting "too big" or "too muscular" or "too manly"... This is again a common misconception about women and fitness. WOMEN, you don't have enough testosterone to become like Schwarzenegger, so chill out and LIFT WEIGHTS for your own overall health balance!
