WORKOUT VIDEO - Full Body strength and core training

This workout is amazing to strengthen your whole body in a very functional way, using your core for good stability and even more strength.

Do 3-6 rounds with 45sec pause between each round.

If you are pregnant, please get cleared by your health practitioner before exercising, especially if you are a beginner.
