Short Video: FATS that are GOOD and CRUCIAL for you

Do you still think that fats make you fat? Think again...

FATS DON'T MAKE YOU FAT. This is what I hope you will keep in your mind after watching this video.

Fats have been demonized for decades. And as research and objective facts have proven it: the human population hasn't been doing very well since they have been decreasing their fats consumption and increasing their (bad) carbs intake. Facts speak for themselves.

In this short video, I explain why good fats are absolutely essential - for your health, your hormones, your brain, and even your weight.

Fats are essential to the primal functioning of all cells in your body. Without good fats, you would die. Life can physically not happen without fat.

Here is what you need to know:

The good fats to embrace:

  • -Saturated fats from clean sources: coconut oil, raw grass-fed butter, ghee, animal fats
  • -Mono-unsaturated fats: olive oil, avocados, olives
  • -Omega 3: wild-caught salmon, sardines, anchovies

The bad fats to avoid:

  • -Trans fats and hydrogenated fats
  • -Margarine
  • -Vegetable oils: canola, sunflower, rapeseed, soy, corn

Good fats:

  • -Are the favorite fuel for your heart
  • -Help you feel satiated for longer
  • -Help balance your cholesterol
  • -Are essential to absorb fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K
  • -Help balance your blood sugar levels
  • -Support hormonal balance
  • -Support detoxification

Refined carbs, especially all types of sugars and grains, can make you chronically sick, fatigued, with brain fog, moody - and they make your body stock up on unwanted fat cells.

So: bad carbs make you fat. Good fats make you healthy.

Stephanie
